Updates to links; new queries

I've fixed some links on the Charlotte Perkins Gilman and Howells Society pages. Also, the 1890s page has been updated to reflect this exciting discovery of a lost Native American text by Annette Kolodny, The Life and Traditions of the Red Man by Penobscot elder Joseph Nicolar (1893). It's being republished by Duke U P this spring.
